Homeowners Association

Welcome to Wellness Ridge Homeowners' Association Inc. This Homeowners' Association (HOA), a Florida non-profit corporation, controls the neighborhood we live in by virtue of a Declaration of Covenants attached to the deed of every house in Wellness Ridge. The HOA also owns/manages the "common areas" (e.g., the green space), if any,  and enforces the Covenants through a Board of Directors (BOD). The BOD has hired us, ICON Management Services, Inc., to provide day-to-day management of the community.

Katie Bishop is the Community Association Manager (“CAM”) assigned to your community. The CAM may be contacted by the below information during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. The CAM acts as an agent for your community association and implements the day-to-day management of your community. This includes assisting your Board with the administration of your association; implementing covenants and conditions; monitoring that residents comply with the rules and regulations; assisting with budgeting; identifying repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of shared areas and facilities; and maintaining correspondence materials such as meeting minutes and e-mails.

Wellness Ridge is a part of the Wellness Ridge Community Development District (CDD). The CDD oversees the maintenance of the green spaces wtihin the community, stormwater management ponds, street signs, and street lights. The Wellness Ridge CDD is managed by Governmental Management Services.
